I know there is a lot going on in Sioux Falls tomorrow but hopefully you have a chance to stop and see Lee in Harrisburg or me at Landscape Garden Center 9-2
We will both have Farm Fresh Eggs so be sure to ask! We will also have some great tasting Watermelon and Muskmelons!! Acorn, Buttercup, Spaghetti and Sweet Dumpling Squash. We will also have Zucchini, Purple and Yukon Gold Potatoes. Beautiful Red Slicing Tomatoes, Romas, and Cherry Tomatoes!! Large Green and Orange Peppers, Banana Peppers, Jalapenos and some Lemon Peppers. Green and Purple Cabbage, Kale, Green Beans, Onions, Lemon Cucumbers, Eggplant, Carrots. We will also have Whole Dill, and Dill Spears for Pickles, Salsa, Bread and Butter Pickles, Mulberry Jam, Strawberry-Rhubarb Jam, Pear Preserves, Grape Jam and Jalapeno Jelly

September already? Time is flying. Wednesday in Harrisburg 4-7 we will have some great tasting Schoon’s Hardshell Muskmelons and Sugar Baby Watermelons!! Really nice Red and Yellow Slicing Tomatoes, Roma Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes. Green and Purple Cabbage. Fresh Green Beans and Purple beans too. These are both Pole Beans so just getting into production with them. Giant Green Peppers, Banana Peppers and Jalapenos. Kohlrabi, Eggplant, Carrots, Onions, Kale and Arugula. Slicing Cucumbers and Lemon Cucumbers. ( These are slowing down quite a bit so this may be the last week for them) Yukon Gold Potatoes, Spaghetti Squash, Acorn, Butternut, Buttercup Winter Squashes. Zucchini.
I made a fresh batch of Pear Preserves: Great on Toast or even IceCream! Also will have Strawberry-Rhubarb Jam, Mulberry Jam, Grape Jam and Jalapeno Jelly. Pickled Beets, Salsa, Bread and Butter Pickles, Whole Dill and Dill Spear Pickles, Dilly Beans. I will also have Banana Bread and Zucchini Bread.

Tomorrow we will be at Harrisburg and Landscape Garden Center 9-2

Also, the Dill Pickle Spears are finally ready and they taste great!! Also bringing Whole Dill Pickles, Dilly Beans, Pickled Beets, Bread and Butter Pickles and Salsa. Tomorrow in Harrisburg we will have: Potatoes, Slicing Cucumbers, Lemon Cucumbers, Slicing Tomatoes: Red and Yellow, Cherry Tomatoes. Very nice Roma Tomatoes: If you are wanting to make Salsa or Sauce now would be a good time to pick some up!! Green Beans, Eggplant, Very Nice Green Peppers, Banana Peppers and Jalapenos. Colored Carrots, Beets, Zucchini, Kale, Green and Purple Cabbage, Spaghetti Squash, Broccoli, Swiss Chard.
I will also have Dill Pickles, Dilly Beans, Pickled Beets, Bread and Butter Pickles, Salsa. Strawberry-Rhubarb Jam, Grape Jam, Mulberry Jam and Jalapeno Jelly. Also homemade breads. It has really been a long hard week in the gardens. The weeds seem to be winning but the produce is looking really well!! Tomorrow in Harrisburg and Landscape Garden Center week will have Potatoes, Onions, Kohlrabi, Green Beans, Green and Purple Cabbage. Some really nice Eggplant. Slicing Cucumbers, Lemon Cucumbers, Zucchini, Spaghetti Squash, Broccoli. Some very nice Green Peppers, Banana Peppers, Jalapenos, Colored Carrots, Beets. Some Slicing Tomatoes-mostly yellow and Romas.
We will also have a nice variety of canned goods: Jams, Salsa, Pickles and Dilly Beans and Fresh Baked Bread. Have a great weekend and hope to see you tomorrow!!

Hope you are enjoying the warmer weather. It is helping to ripen the Melons and Tomatoes. Tomorrow in Harrisburg we will have a very nice selection of Fresh Vegetables: Yukon Gold Potatoes, Green and Purple Beans, Carrots, Beets, Turnips, Swiss Chard, Kohlrabi, Onions, Tomatoes: Roma, some slicing as well. Patty Pan Squash, Zucchini, Slicing Cucumbers, Lemon Cucumbers, Peppers: Green ( really nice size) Banana, Jalapenos. Kale, Green and Purple Cabbage, Parsley, Sage, Chives, Eggplant, Broccoli. We really had a long day today getting ready for market but the weather was great.
Hope you all had a great week and have time to stop down at market tomorrow in Harrisburg and also Landscape Garden Center 4-7!!
Tomorrow we will have a large variety of Fresh Produce for you: Cherry Tomatoes. Lee will have a few slicing tomatoes and Romas. The warm weather we are supposed to get next week should put a fire under these tomatoes so they can ripen.. We will also have Eggplant, Green Beans, Cabbage, Purple Cabbage, Kale, Onions, Turnips, Rutabagas, Green Peppers, Banana Peppers, Jalapenos. Patty Pan Squash, Zucchini-all colors. Colored Carrots, Kohlrabi, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Cucumbers, Lemon Cucumbers, Pak Choi . Lee will also have a few Acorn and Spaghetti Squash.
We will also have Whole Dill Pickles, Dilly Beans, Pickled Beets, Salsa, Bread and Butter Pickles. Jams: Mulberry, Strawberry-Rhubarb, Grape. Apple Butter. I also made some fresh breads: Banana, Zucchini, Chocolate. Hope to see you tomorrow at either Harrisburg or Landscape Garden Center!!
